Solid taco shop, but nothing out of this world. We got fajitas and tacos and were full and happy when we left!

One of our regular go to places for lunch. The shrimp cocktail is outrageous. The burritos are great, the enchiladas are super tasty. I mean, everything I've ever had there has been great with great service, authentic Mexican food and a clean environment with plenty of seating. What more could you ask?

Questionable on the salsa bar. Nice big portions, and super friendly staff not to mention quick service and for service. It would be nice to see spicier items to grab.

Had take out and the meal was a 3 rolled taquitos with rice and beans had no flavor and the red salsa they had already had in small containers had a facial hair in it. I will never order from them again after the facial hair I could not finish my food.

Every thing is made in house so their food is very good and very fresh! Fast service, too!

Service was fast (I grabbed salsas, sat down, took a sip of my coke and my chorizo plate was Infront of me) and friendly. Usual Mexican food options. All the salsas were bland and not spicy (I enjoy my heat) however they were fresh. Food was decent overall. Will be back to try more options.

One of the best burritos I've ever had. I bought eight and froze them. Tacos were greasy, enchiladas (cheese) were just so-so. Beans and rice were good. If you speak Spanish you will do better than if you don't.

Very friendly staff, clean facilities, cute decor, and delicious burritos. The California with potatoes was excellent. Great salsa, too.

The breakfast burritos were amazing! So I tried the carne asada fries yesterday and the fries weren't fully cooked and the whole meal has a watery substance I'm guessing from the beans not being drained before they put them on.. I was disappointed..I had drained most of water off twice on the one pic there was so much as you see from bag. Please drain beans..it could have been good without their juice.

It's okay California's got way better Mexican restaurant

We have seen great improvements in quality and consistency in this restaurant over the past few visits. The new owners/manager have done wonders with this place and I foresee us being longtime customers with these changes.Food quality is significantly improved, service is excellent, the store is clean, and the overall experience is great. Great food at a good price!

Street tacos are best, lots of GREAT food! Salsa bar is top notch! People are funny, and super nice. Great if your in a hurry, or if you want to stay. Not fast food, just great service!

standard Mexican food that was good at best, was hungry so it was sufficient to satiate a basic appetite; we ordered carnita sopes and asada plate. The asada meat and carnitas were dry, and average. The rice and beans were minimal and bland. the presentation was great, the hospitality was fantastic, the ambiance was energizing and uplifting and the menu looks phenomenal. So being of Mexican heritage and knowing what passionate Mexican food tastes like and looks like.. Rubalcabas gets a low 3 stars; There were no Mexicans eating there and that was my first proof that the flavors were simplified to accommodate the locals tame pallette and population of Pahrump and keep the business flowing. Its good in a pinch.

The food and service has always been great. Ordered chicken fajitas for the first time yesterday. Got it to go but when I got home I discovered the chicken fajita mix was full of with bacon. Very dissapointed. I did not eat it because I do not eat pork. Not sure if this was a mistake.

DELICIOUS FOOD. —Fans inside, but feels like it’s air conditioned. —Clean place, the guy was mopping the floor. —I am a picky eater and EVERYTHING was good. —They give a big enough plate to fill you up. —Prices are fair. Around $10 for everything, which is a bit high but it’s fair for the amount they give you. —Staff is friendly. —10/10 recommend. —Would return.

Outstanding Every Single Time! Food is great! We like to call ahead for take out orders. There is a Salsa bar and pickled carrots that are always a hit!!There is always easy parking and inside the dinning room there are table seatings & comfortable booth seating in a newly decorated dinning room.

Always get friendly, fast service and good food. Have never ate in the restaurant, I get the food to go but chips cost extra. Should get a small portion of complimentary chips with take home orders like dine-in customers receive.
